3. General information and mandatory information

Data Privacy

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Note on data transfer to third countries (Peru/USA)

As our headquarters are located in Peru, personal data (e.g., in the case of a contact request) will inevitably be processed outside the EU. We would also like to point out that data may be transferred to the USA through embedded video content (YouTube). In general, data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) may be subject to security vulnerabilities; it is not possible to completely protect data from access by third parties.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke any consent you have already given at any time. To do so, simply send us an informal email.

4. Data collection on this website

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Inquiries by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us (e.g., browser type, referrer URL, IP address). This data is not merged with other data sources.

5. Plugins and tools

YouTube

This website incorporates videos from YouTube. The operator of the site is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

Further information on the handling of user data can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

6. Payment providers and donations

PayPal (Link)

On our website, we link to the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. When you click on the PayPal link, you leave our website and your data is collected directly on the PayPal website. We do not have access to your account details (such as IBAN or credit card number).

However, we process the data provided to us by PayPal after a successful donation (e.g., name, email address, donation amount) in order to record the donation for accounting purposes and, if necessary, to send you a donation receipt or a thank-you note.

Bank transfer

If you send us a donation by bank transfer, we will process the data provided to us by the bank (name of the account holder, IBAN, amount, purpose) solely for the purpose of assigning the payment and recording it in our accounts.
