Volunteer Service/Short-Term Assignments for Young Adults

Get involved

… as an all-rounder in various fields.

Each of us has been blessed by God with talents and interests. This gives us the opportunity to serve in God’s kingdom in many different ways. You can do just that here at Cashibo!
Here you will have the opportunity to experience work and life at a mission station firsthand and encounter many different indigenous cultures from the Amazon region. You will help out in an area that suits you here at Cashibo and actively support the missionaries in their work.

What you can do:

Practical tasks & support for mission families

Working at the mission school or kindergarten

Technical assistance in the maintenance team and in the workshop

Caring for indigenous children during Bible school

Organizing youth group activities and children’s weeks for the mission children

At the start of your assignment, you’ll have the opportunity to attend a language school in Arequipa for 4–6 weeks to get to know the language and culture better. In your free time and during your vacation, you can explore Peru and its stunning diversity and beautiful places.
